The state agency of forest resources of Ukraine with the help of the raids Brigade will promptly discover and prevent the realization of illegal rudlies in the forests of Ukraine. This was reported by T. V. Head of department Khrystyna Yushkevych.

“Lately in the woods, the criminal grouping with appropriate equipment, such as night vision devices, radio stations, trucks with hydraulic manipulators, etc., is free of charge. These groups operate defiantly, preferably in the night, making out exclusively krupnomìrnì trees,-said Christina Yushkevych.

According to her, for the fight against the “forest mafia” the State Forest guard in cooperation with representatives of the police, environmental authorities and public organizations activates the raids in the forests to identify the places of realization of illegal rudbok.

Corresponding order has already been given to the heads of regional departments of forestry and hunting economy.
