Goslisogenstvo appealed to the SBU and GPU to investigate the situation at the Zakarpattia customs

Today the state agency of forest Resources of Ukraine appealed to the security Service of Ukraine and the General Prosecutor of Ukraine with a request to investigate the situation with the detained 182 railway cars with timber at the points of crossing the State border in Zakarpattia Oblast.

In total, 20 state enterprises have already appealed to the law enforcement agencies to check the facts of violations, voiced by the Transcarpathian Customs Administration and the management of Zakarpattia Oblast state administrations. It should be noted that the forest products have all the necessary certificates, and the goods have already passed customs clearance on the customs of the DFS in Kiev, Zhitomir, Rivne, Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Chernihiv and Ternopil oblasts.

Note that on July 2 the Special commission of the State Forestry completed the inspection of the stopped wagons, which are shipped by State enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the department, according to the concluded foreign-economic contracts.

The Commission consisted of forestry specialists from Forestry Enterprises, which did not export wood.

During the supervision of the representatives of the Transcarpathian Customs Commission did not find any significant violations in the establishment of breed, the type of timber and their quality. Photo fixation of railway carriages and forest products was carried out at the inspection.
