Board of Kiev Regional and M. Kiev management of forestry and hunting economy.

May 24, 2018, 2012 in Kyiv Oblast and M. Kyiv administration of forestry and Hunting Economy (hereinafter – Management) chaired by the head of department – Oleksiy Boyko and his deputies held a meeting of the Board. The Board of Directors of the subordinated management of enterprises and DP "Kyiv Forest Research Station" took part in the college.

The questions on the agenda were:

On the results of spring forest cultural works; About the state and prospects of application of gradual and selective systems of the main use in SE "Teterevsky forestry"; On the results of work of subordinated enterprises in autumn and winter period of 2017/2018 years and tasks to ensure stable their work in the next autumn-winter period.

At the beginning of the meeting, Alexei Boyko informed about the results of the board of the state agency of Forest Resources of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the State Lisogenstvo), which took place on the eve.

The first question was reported by the Head of Forestry Department-Ihor Vytvytsky. He noted that the spring forestry work in the area carried out in full, in a short time, with high quality work. This was facilitated by detailed operational – mobilization plans, developed in each enterprise, 100%-on the supply of the sapan of own production, tools and forest-cultural inventory.

The Office of the spring of the current year through the garden and sowing of the forest was restored in the area of 2335.0 hectares (103.5% to the annual task) or (136.2% to the plan of spring), left 314.0 hectares of space under the natural renewal of forests, on the area of 2294.0 hectares The complement of forest crops of past years, which constitutes 85.4% to the annual task, or 142.0% to the plan of spring is conducted. There was also a sowing of forest seeds in nurseries, greenhouses and parks in the square – 16.1 hectares (102.0% to the annual task).

According to the technical reception of forest crops, distribution of quality state from the total number of areas-571.0 hectares – is a very good condition, 1725.0 hectares – good.

According to the results of the year in subordinate management of enterprises it is planned to grow 28.0 mln. Piece. The standard garden material of basic forest-forming and decorative breeds.

About the state and prospects of application of gradual and selective systems of the main use in SE "Teterevsky forestry" were supplemented by the chief forestry se "Teterivsky Forestry" – Cherevko Ivan Nikolaevich.       He spoke about the company's own experience in proceedings of the mentioned works. The work began from 2002 year and now the area of Rubok is more than 800 hectares. The use of complex system of Rudbok allows to carry out restoration of forest by natural renewal, that allows to conduct forestry on the principles of balanced ecological oriented forestry in accordance with the fundamentals of sustainable forestry.

The analytical information on the positive and negative moments of the application of complex systems of RUBOK, specified economic component and recommendations on changes of legislation regulating the legal regime of the main use is submitted.

On the basis of the obtained experience of forestry at different times provided recommendations for complex rudbok. In particular, the need to reduce the terms of repetition of receptions and reducing the minimum completeness of the tree state.

Deputy Director on scientific work of the SE "Kyiv Forest Research Station" Mykola Savushchuk gave his comments on this issue.

On the results of work of the subordinate enterprises in autumn and winter period of 2017-2018 years and the task to ensure stable their work in the next autumn-the winter period was supplemented by Deputy Chief of Office of Taras Vaskiv.

He informed the members of the Board that the volume of actually used fuel-energy resources in the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018 years in the management enterprises is 8730 tons of conditional fuel, total worth 50.3 mln. The average cost of one ton of conditional fuel for a similar period in 2016-2017 was 5713 hryvnias, and in 2017-2018 it amounted to UAH 5762, which is associated with increasing the cost of all types of energy resources on the energy market of Ukraine. Management enterprises for the reporting period were used 411.3 tons of petrol and 1105.5 tons of diesel fuel.
