The public council was formed during the management
06.09.2016 to fulfill the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “on ensuring public participation in the formation and implementation of State policy” from 03.11.2010 № 996 and in order to promote the realization of the constitutional right to participate in the management State affairs on the issues of forestry and hunting economy. In Kyiv Oblast and M. Kiev administration of forestry and hunting economy took place a constituent assembly on forming the composition of public Council.
The Constituent Assembly was approved by the members of the Public Council, the legal aspects and organizational issues of the Grimadska Council.
As for the next meeting, it was decided to make the approval of the Regulation on Public Council at Kyiv Oblast and on. M. Kyiv administration of forestry and hunting economy, election of Chairman of the Public Council, etc.
