Dear colleagues, friends, associates!

         I sincerely congratulate you on the day of Constitution of Ukraine!

         This year, the main law of the Ukrainian State, which became a strong, real basis for the development of our independence, the formation of democracy, law enforcement and legality marks 22 years.

        

         The current constitution is historical, but at the same time alive and practical document, which we can all be proud of!

         Every citizen of Ukraine must know and be properly realized by the Basic Law and duties.

         I am confident that our joint work will unite society in the aspiration of Ukraine's development!

         So I wish you further consistently and persistently to fight for effective implementation of constitutional principles, which guarantee a person of free and harmonious development, create conditions to achieve legal comfort!
