February 28, 2018, in SE «Rzhyschivskyy military forestry held Trade Union Conference. The theme of the Conference was the adoption of the collective bargaining agreement at 2018-2020.
 The collective agreement is the result of social partnership and dialogue at the local level in a group. 
The collective agreement is concluded between the authority of SE «Rzhyschivskyy military forestry and Trade Union authorized to represent the labor collective. 
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the regional organization of the Trade Union Degtâr l etc. 
Association of trade unions even fixed mainly Law-the Constitution of Ukraine (h. 3 c. 36.) Trade: it is an efficient mechanism to fight for the rights of workers.
