Vladimir Bondar participated in the session of the plenum of the CENTRAL COMMITTEE of the Trade Union of workers of forestry

22 March 2018 year, Deputy Head of the State Agency for forest resources Volodymyr Bondar attended the session of the plenum of the CENTRAL COMMITTEE of the Trade Union of workers of Forestry of Ukraine.

During the meeting, Volodymyr Bondar has informed those present about the status of the draft strategy for reform of forestry.

He spoke about the main aspects of the gained by the Working Group at the Deržlìsagentstvì of the project strategy. In particular, Volodymyr Bondar said that the project contains the main fuses for preventing transmission of forest concession; balanced approaches to institutional reform and distribution functions. In addition, the draft strategy working group the State forest agency involves the creation of forest development Fund to provide funding for the industry, particularly for forestry in the South and East of Ukraine.

During the meeting, they discussed the issue of preventing the creation of a single for the whole Ukraine forestry enterprise, that challenges the fundamentals of reform, decentralization, and cause negative consequences, and not keeping the forest economy for a certain period of time.

In addition, during the meeting discussed a number of other issues, in particular on the State of the adoption of the draft resolution of the Government about the implementation of the electronic accounting of wood for all loyal lìsokoristuvačìv, study of the draft law on the market of timber and others.
