What are the properties of the State forestry, which prevents the collective from moving forward? – This is stated in an interview with the director of the Enterprise Dmytro Gotsulyak

"…-All starts with a snip…"-so usually begins the conversation of the excellent forestry of Ukraine director Tetters'kyi State forestry Dmitriy Gotsunyak, when it comes to his work and those who work nearby.

And this is confirmed by life. Teterivka Forestry, and too those who are not one year working in the forest industry, well know that cultivation of high-performance stable plantings is not possible without high-quality landing material, the basis for which, in turn, is quality seeds. To this end, the SE «Teterivsky forestry» was laid down the clonal seed plantations in the area of 23.6 hectares in potushnyanskyi forestry and 18.6 hectares-in Mygalkovsky. Before you get into the soil, the seeds pass through several phases: cleaning, decontamination, hardening, cultivation of forest breeds in a controlled environment, where, as a rule, 1 m² get from 900 to 1200 pieces of standard seedlings. In total, the landing material raised in this way is enough to not only satisfy its own needs, but also to realize other enterprises.

This year the forest management was carried out here on 406 hectares, with new cultures of 359 hectares, left under the natural renewal of 47 hectares, harvested 57 kg of seeds. It all starts with a little nassinyki…

Not easy, according to the director of Tetters'kyi State Forestry, Dmitry Gotsulyak, issued the current year for the headed group. Secondly, a number of regulatory acts that have seen the world in recent times have been more likely to interfere than help the job-centers. And recently adopted changes in the tax code, according to which the branch companies must pay, except for the annuity, and also tax on the land, in general, can put them for the limit of survival. And, despite this, Teterovskaya forestry do not lose hope for the best times and do everything possible, despite pseudo-patriots to keep and multiply the invaluable wealth of our Polissya region. In particular, we are convinced by the interview of the director of Tetters'kyi State forestry Dmytro Gotsulyak.

As before, and now our main task was and remains protection and protection of the forest from fires, pests and reproduction of forest wealth of native land. And in one, and in another direction of activity the complex of events, developed for years, taking into account the best experience, new technologies, which successfully incarnate in life.

Thus, namely Teterivka forestry first in Ukraine created together with scientists the system of protection of forest protection from fires "azimuth", which has found its successful application in practice. Now 24-hour monitoring of the situation on the territory of the company is carried out with the help of modern electronic means: television cameras, cards, special devices, which are installed on transport. All necessary information is delivered to the dispatcher, where it is next. This modern video-observation system provides the proper level of safety in spring-summer period, gives an opportunity to minimize local sunbathing in the forest, which sometimes arise from the fault of the people attending it.

Multi-acceptance felling in pine plantations as one of the effective methods of reproduction of forest plantings also first mastered our forestry. Today the forests of our Polissya, Byelorussia, Poland suffer from big troubles-the drying, especially pine plantations. The reason for this phenomenon, as the results of our cooperation with scientists, not only in the changing climatic conditions (if before the forest it was possible to enter in rubber boots, now you can walk in it and in the home Kapas), but also in the care of cultures. Conclusions, made on the basis of observations, show that the most of the plantations, where it was not carried out in time of sanitary runes, Rudbok care, because the power area of the root system is limited, the time formed a crown. Again, recently adopted a number of normative acts, such as: Art. 39 Law of Ukraine "about animal world", according to which in the period of hired-soviyno reproduction of pests prohibited sanitary chopping. And this is the period when they should be actively held.

• Where is the output?
• It is not possible to replace the pine that most swells, the other tree, because it is here, in Polissya, grows by the age. But to plant new plantations in return, dried, damaged trees, perhaps and necessary. And the sooner the sick trees will be eliminated, the better. By the way to say, in the theological state forestry the situation in this regard is not as catastrophic as in other regions, but if you do not take effective measures to eliminate it, it can gain even greater scale.

• This is not the only problem that worries you?
• So. The great concern among the licesters was the amendments to the tax code, which we now have to pay tax on the forest land. So, now we have come under double taxation, because the fee for forest land is a constituent fee, which we already pay. It is not clear what the authors of these changes were guided by bringing them to the tax code, as well as lawmakers who approved them.

For example, in Poland, our colleagues pay the same tax, but only from the lands, where the forest plantations at the age of 40 years and more, we will be forced to make a payment and for those lands where the reserves, protective lanes, forested roads, quarterly Sifting, young plantations, needing care, and therefore require large costs. And if local authorities set us the maximum bet (and it ranges from 0.1 to 5%), we will not be able to business at all. Because we find 45 mln. UAH to pay this tax and will be problematic for our enterprise. In this case we hope for understanding with rural and township councils, otherwise we just go bankrupt and stop being financially solvent enterprise.

• But the praise of God, today Teterevsky State Forestry-the largest taxpayer in their field, and in particular, in Kyiv region.
• Thus, during the eight months of the current year, the Tetterovskaya forestry paid various taxes, including social contribution, in the amount of 50761 thous. UAH, income tax amounted to 1862 thous. Uah. Income tax-6166 thousand Uah. Productivity of one staff employee is 628509 UAH, average monthly income of one working-20696, 000 UAH. The products have been implemented since the beginning of the year to 138278 thousand Uah. It is a significant progress forward, which I am pleased with in anticipation of our professional holiday.

Some communities also receive significant revenues in their treasury due to successful activities of our enterprise. Thus, in Piskivska OTG this figure was 8.5 mln. UAH, according to the General Council-1204, 1 thousand UAH, Myrchanska-422.9 thousand UAH, Kachalivovsky-331, 1 thousand UAH, Kodryyan-ska-1118, 000 Hrn., Kukivovskaya-928 thousand UAH, and the Pale village council-300 thousand. Uah. It is, so to speak, the contribution of the Teterivka community to the development of local communities.

• How will the best of the best labor veterans be on the occasion of the holiday?
• On the occasion of the day of an employee of the forest the honoured deeds of the state forestry of Ukraine was awarded by Lisnicchiy Kukivansko-O. V. Fedorenko, leading engineer of Forestry v. T.
