Vladimir Bondar's address on the occasion of the day of memory and reconciliation and the 73 anniversary of the victory over Nazism in World War II
Dear Veterans!
During these spring days we honor your majestic and Immortal feat. The feat of people, who had an incredible price of their lives, passed through the war, won. We will always rememily your heroism and cravings, who 73 years ago brought peace to Ukraine.
We give honors and tribute to all those who have fought on the martial and Labor fronts for the victory, who was dead in front of the terrible face of the enemy for our land, who under the whistle of machine-gun queues, ubiquitous explosions and under the shock waves of tank shells turned peace, Who, sitting in the raw earthlings, did not break under the onslaught of invaders and found strength to conquer and carry out this glorious triumph through all his life. Many of them are no longer alive…
Dear Our veterans, I ask you with sincere words of gratitude and the infinite respect for your love, devotion to the motherland, for heroism and nobility – for the victory!
I wish you sound health, longevity and family comfort. Let you appreciate your family and loved ones, because you are a catch-up to follow. A low bow to you!
A great respect for those who stayed in the battlefield. Your feat is immeasurable, and our gratitude will grow with time.
