«01» and «02» September 2016 The general auction of raw wood sale will be held

“01” and “02” September 2016, the general auction for the sale of raw wood forestry enterprises of Kyiv regional and M. Kyiv administration of forestry and hunting economy (resource of 4th quarter of 2016 year).

The sales session of hardwood (all sorts) will be held on 01 September at 12.00 clock.

Session on sale of softwood (all sorts) will be held on 02 September at 10.00 clock.

The trades are held in the premises of the “Kiev Agro Industrial Exchange” ( Kyiv, Vul. Velyka Vasylkivska, 5, Korp. 6b, 5th Floor, TV commercial hall “Kyiv Agro-Industrial Exchange”).

The subjects of entrepreneurship and individuals wishing to take part in auctions are submit at 01004, M. Kyiv, Vul. Velyka Vasylkivska, 5, Korp. 6b, 5th Floor, phone. (044) 230-95-49 the following documents:

1. Application for participation in the auction auctions.

2. Duly certified copies of certificate of State registration of an enterprise or extract from the unified State Register of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs (legal entity or individual-entrepreneur) and constituent documents (statute).

3. Copy of certificate on registration of taxpayer, certificate from State Statistics Committee of Ukraine and registration certificate of VAT payer (certificate of Single tax payment).

4. Certificate by signature of the manager of the entity concerning the volume of actually recycled raw wood for the previous quarter.

5. Authorized persons of the buyer with the authority to participate in the auction and to sign the sale-purchase agreements.

6. Document (copy of payment order) confirming the transfer of the guarantee fee of 5 percent of the cost claimed for the purchase of lots.

Documentation for auction bidding and the list of wood, which is exhibited for auction trades, can be obtained at: Kyiv, Vul. Velyka Vasylkivska, 5, Korp. 6b, 5th Floor (E-mail: office@agrostock.kiev.ua), as well as from the official website of Exchange www.visnik.kiev.ua.

Acceptance of applications for the general auction (resource of IV quarter of 2016 year) ends on August 30, 2016 at 15.00.
