During the spring period of 2018, the State forestry companies, which are in the sphere of influence of management conducted reforestation on the area of 2320.0 hectares, which is 102.9% (2255.0 ha) annual plan, seeding and planting of forest 2550.0 hectares at the plan of spring 1715.0 ha (135.3%) Implementation, to the plan of the year 102.9% (2255.0 hectares).

In 2018 forestry enterprises of the region at the expense of own funds are planned to repair and reconstruct 54.2 km of earthen canvas and equip expensive clothes 1.2 km of forest highways.

As of 27.04.2018 enterprises repaired 9.8 km of earthen canvas, which is 18.1% of the annual planned volume.

For 1 quarter of 2018 year the enterprises of the region were paid to the consolidated budget 86.3 mln. Uah. Taxes, charges and obligatory payments from them to the state budget paid 59.6 mln. Uah. The local budget was paid to UAH 26.7 mln. Besides taxes to the budget paid deductions to the single social payment – 22.9, 000 UAH.

The number of staff members at the regional enterprises amounted to 2477 people.

The average monthly wages of regular employees is 14582 UAH.

During this period, specialists of the industry took part in 2 public hearings, 2 round tables, 2 promotions, 4 conferences, and 6 interviews.

Published 441 information messages, (including: 9 stories on TV, 2 appearances on the radio, 383 articles in Internet periodicals, on the site of management, on sites of forestry and social networks, 47 articles in periodicals).

Specialists forestry take part in conferences, sessions, meetings of village and oblast councils with participation of Deputies of District councils, heads of village and township councils where to acquaint the public with the State of forestry, main measures, That are planned, also discussing problem issues, explain the underlying causes of negative effects on the environment, which leads to mass injection of pine, attract residents to the common solution of this disaster.

For 1 quarter of 2018 year in Kyiv regional and on M. Kyiv administration of forestry and Hunting Economy (hereinafter – management) and subordinate enterprises continued work to ensure timely and qualitative consideration of appeals of citizens. By their nature, the appeal was distributed to: statements-678, proposals – 22, complaints – 7.

The most common issues with which citizens were in 1 quarter of 2018 are issues of social protection of population (purchase of firewood of fuel, lumber on preferential prices) (48%), Ecology and Natural resources (25%). and agrarian Policy and land relations (9%).

As a result of consideration of appeals of citizens during 1 quarter of 2018 year: Fixed positive-688 appeals; Explanation is given – 15 appeals; A petition that is forwarded to the proper affiliation is 1; are at the examination – 3.

The appeal of citizens by management and subordinate enterprises were considered timely in terms stipulated by the requirements of the current legislation. According to the results of consideration of all appeals applicants have exhausted answers.

The specialists of labour protection in 2018 was conducted 2 examinations of the State of labour protection, directors of the enterprises provided recommendations for elimination of deficiencies that were detected. For 1462 employees of enterprises working on dangerous works on training and checking of knowledge on labor protection issues. The attention was paid to the heads of Departments of Forestry enterprises on personal responsibility for creation at every working place of safe and harmless working conditions, paying special attention to preventive and explanatory Work, increase of exacting to heads of production departments on labour protection, strengthening control over observance of safety requirements on works of increased danger.

The head of the Department for Protection and Protection of forests Sergei Dmytruk was prepared to the fire-safety period of the enterprises.

He told the audience that every year the forest fires cause irreparable damage to nature and the state. The largest number of fires accounted for in the spring-summer period. On weekends and holidays, the forest visits a large number of people, which leads to a sharp rise in the sources of fire. In a few hours an uncontrolled fire can destroy the entire forested areas that grew tens of years, but the damage is enough to say – the IK can go to millions of hryvnias.

In order to improve the work to prevent the emergence of forest fires subdepartmental management of the enterprise staged 2.6 thousand Km. mineralized strips and held care for them, covered more than 1.5 thousand roads, passing through the forested areas, set 1146 od. of observation agitation. As of 1 May for violation of the rules of fire safety and forests, the administrative liability in the form of fines attracted 31 person for the amount of 2.7 thous. Uah.
