18 May-Presentation of fire-prevention measures, forest restoration and problems of mass drying of trees in Kyiv region

On May 18, 2018 a visiting scientific and practical Conference of the State Agency of forest Resources of Ukraine and the Society of Forestry of Ukraine will take place.

During the conference, which will take place directly in the forests of Kyiv region (Ivankiv forestry), the forest industry will be presented, its main problems and solutions. The exit conference will be saturated with interesting events.

In particular, participants will get acquainted with fire-prevention measures and restoration of forests.

Separately will be discussed the question of the drying of pine trees (determining the damage of the tree and a review of models of different degrees of drying, timeliness of measures and financial and economic losses of the state).

Also, forestry will show greenhouses for cultivation of planting material for restoration of forests in controlled environment, cultivation of decorative planting material for own needs and realization of population.

Deputy head of the state committee Volodymyr Bondar, MPs of Ukraine-members of the environmental policy, nature management and liquidation of the Chornobyl disaster, scientists, representatives of the Ukrainian Parliament will take part in the event. of forest-protective enterprises.
