We gradually turn to the European principles of forestry,-Volodymyr Bondar
Being a working visit to Sumy Oblast, deputy head of the state agency of Forest Resources Vladimir Bondar visited Shostka forestry.
Acquaintance with the work of forestry began with Voronnitsk Mehlisodilnytsi, where the processing capacities of the enterprise, located transport shop, a nursery for growing ornamental seedlings.
Vladimir Bondar examined the Department of processing, where the modern line of processing of Polish production is installed.
Only 4 months of this year was processed 10.7 thous. Cube. M of wood. The production of commodity products amounted to 17 mln. 237 thousand UAH, total produced lumber-4 thous. 553 cu. М, for Export – 4 thous. 246 cu. M.
We produce dust-cut and blanks for pallets. Also, lumber for the domestic market,-noted the director of the SE "Shopstkyanske Forestry" Mykola Booth.
Part of the lumber is released in raw form, part-is loaded into the drying chamber, dried, packaged.
Drying, capacity 75 cu. M, located near the plant processing wood, works in automatic mode, depending on the type of lumber itself selects the parameters of drying.
This year the Shostka forestry purchased another drying chamber. Already completed preparatory work for its installation, in particular, filled the foundation, in 10-14 days you will be able to start installation work.
The new drying chamber is similar to the existing performance. After putting it into operation the exit of finished lumber will be doubled.
Also, the deputy head of the state forestry visited the boiler room, where the modern boiler, which works on the sawdust and heated administrative building and all production facilities, total area of 5 thous. Kv. M.
The delegation also visited the nursery for growing ornamental seedlings, where there are more than fifty varieties of species of trees and shrubs, which are used in landscape design. Also in the nursery large selective roof plants.
Besides, Volodymyr Bondar discussed current issues with the management of the region and enterprise.
I am very interested to see exactly how the enterprises of the forest industry of Sumy region work. I want to mark a sufficiently high level of work of forestry and in the plan of wood processing, and in seed business. Many are interesting, have something to learn, I think we will organize the exchange of experiences between the forest of different regions,-said Vladimir Bondar.
Also, the deputy head of the state forestry under the cremation that the forest sector of Ukraine has gradually transferred to European principles of forestry, but at the same time it should be noted that the glorious traditions of domestic forestry should be Keep and multiply.
"Changes in the first place require the management of forest industry – we must go to the level that the European States offer. Also, new approaches should be implemented in the field of wood harvesting, because as we do it today is not happy with either society or forestry. We are more inclined to the gradual, selective rubok than to the continuum, working on the development of wood market, plan to deepen the processing to produce a competitive and qualitative Ukrainian product,-said Volodymyr Bondar.
