  The spring has come, care for the foresters is added, first of all, work on the protection of forest areas from fires. This is one of the most painful issues of our time, especially in our area.

            The fact is that most of the spring forest fires are fires, the cause of which is the burning of dry vegetation or its residues near afforestation, in fields, meadows, along roads.

            We want to warn that the burning of dry vegetation or its remains without the permission of the state control bodies of the environmental protection is an administrative offense, the responsibility for which is foreseen by Article 77-1 of the Law of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses "Unauthorized burning of vegetation or its residues" and entails imposing a fine on citizens from ten to twenty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from fifty to seventy non-tax minimum incomes of citizens.

    With the onset of stable, arid weather conditions, there is a probability of occurrence of fires in the forest massifs. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the basic norms and rules of fire safety in the forest: do not breed the fire in pine plantations, in places with dry vegetation; cigarette butts should be tricked into the ground, or thinned in water; Before throwing a match, make sure it does not burn. Violation of simple rules of fire safety in the forest entails administrative responsibility and imposing of fines on citizens from five to fifteen non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from fifteen to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens Article 77 of the Law of Ukraine on administrative violations "Violation of fire safety requirements".

            We also want to draw the attention of the inhabitants of the district to the littering of forests with domestic waste. Of course, every owner, enterprise, organization, with the advent of the spring worries about the improvement of their estates, farms. But waste must be taken out in the destination for this place, and not in the forest arrays.

So, we explain that littering woods with waste is also an administrative offense and entails administrative liability and imposing fines on citizens from twenty five to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and officials from fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens .

            The penalty can be deducted. But, in fact, it is not possible to compensate the money for losses and damages caused to forests, the money will not replace the forest as a living organism.

            So, should drying up the vegetation in the fields, meadows, near the forest areas, and whether the children of our district, one of the most polluted areas after the Chernobyl disaster, need to breathe "smoky air", and whether we need all this "smoked curtain", which has recently covered the population of the district?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Article 77 Violation of fire safety requirements in forests

Violation of fire safety requirements in forests –

entails imposing a fine on citizens from five to fifteen non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from fifteen to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

Destruction or damage to the forest due to the careless handling of the fire, as well as violations of fire safety requirements in the forests, which resulted in the occurrence of a forest fire or its proliferation on a large area –

entail imposing a fine on citizens from fifteen to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from thirty to five hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.

Article 77-1. Unauthorized burning of vegetation or its residues

Burning stubble, meadows, pastures, areas with steppe, wetland and other natural vegetation, vegetation or its remnants and fallen leaves on agricultural lands, in strips of road and railways, in parks, other green plantations and lawns in settlements without the permission of the state control bodies in the field of environmental protection or in violation of the conditions of such permission, as well as the non-use of a person who has received a permit for the burning of the indicated vegetation or its abandonment Kay and fallen leaves, measures on timely extinguishing them –

entail imposing a fine on citizens from ten to twenty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from fifty to seventy tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.

The same actions committed within the territories and objects of the nature reserve fund –

entail imposing a fine on citizens from twenty to forty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from seventy to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
