The future forest in your hands at SE "Teterivsky forestry".

April 16, 2018, within the framework of the annual All-Ukrainian action "The Future of the Forest in Your Hands" (hereinafter – the Action) on the territory of the Migal Forestry of the State Forest Enterprise "Teterivsky Forestry", representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the State Agency of Forestry, the Kyiv Oblast and the city of Kiev Forestry and Hunting Management Department (hereinafter – the Office), State Committee for Production and Utilities, State Forest Enterprise, Teterevsky Forestry Enterprise, student forestry and media participated in forest landing.

 

The action started on March 21 on the International Day of Forests and lasts for a month – the Environment Day, which falls on this year on April 21. From this Action in Ukraine traditionally begins a forest-cultivated campaign, during which state forestry enterprises begin to reproduce forest plantations

At the beginning of the action, the head of the Kyiv Oblast and the city of Kyiv Kiev Forestry and Hunting Management Oleksiy Boyko congratulated the participants and emphasized that the purpose of the Action is to involve the public in the creation and restoration of forest plantations, the upbringing of the younger generation with a respectful attitude to nature, the careful use of forest resources, familiarization with the basics of protection and protection of forests, conservation of the environment the environment. He noted that on April 11, 2018, taking into account the late spring and weather conditions, the Forestry Workers of Kyiv region already attracted more than 800 representatives of school youth, public associations and organizations, representatives of the authorities and ordinary citizens, extensive information was provided to the public about the work of the forest industry the oblast, forestry workers organized and participated in events in large numbers. At the end of the speech, Alexei Leonidovich wished the present "… health, inspiration and faith in the bright future, because future forests are the future of the state! …"
