EXTRAORDINARY FIRE DANGER! TO FACE FIRE IN FOREST IS PROHIBITED! Storm forecast for May 2-5, 2018

The foresters appeal to the residents of the oblast to refuse visiting forests and forest park areas.

We inform that according to the order of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration # 738 dated July 20, 2011 "On the Prohibition of the Access to Forests and the Entry into Vehicles of Vehicles in the Period of High Fire Danger", – during an emergency fire danger, a ban on visits by citizens to forests and a " driving to the green array of vehicles.

The ban is valid for everyone, except for the employees of the state forest protection!

We remind that according to the current legislation – Article 77. Violation of fire safety requirements in forests

Violation of the requirements of fire safety in forests – entails imposing a fine on citizens from five to fifteen non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and on officials – from fifteen to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens!

Destruction or damage to the forest due to the careless handling of the fire, as well as violations of fire safety requirements in the forests, which resulted in the occurrence of a forest fire or its proliferation on a large area, shall entail the imposition of a fine on citizens from fifteen to fifty non-taxable minima incomes of citizens and officials – from thirty five to sixty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens!

The main reason for the occurrence of forest fires has always been and remains the human factor – about 90% of the inflammations appear due to human negligence or negligence. Quite often, leisure and recreation of the population cause irreparable harm to the forestry industry.
