Internet edition of "Kappyal" published unreliable information about the comments of Volodymyr Bondar

State Agency of forest Resources of Ukraine draws attention to the fact that the news provided quotations and conclusions with direct reference to the alleged words of Vladimir Bondar, which are absolutely not true.

In his interview, referring to the publication, the deputy head of the state forestry did not mention any names and surnames of politicians, as well as political parties.

The widespread information is unreliable and such that harms the business reputation of the deputy head of the State forestry That was never stated as it was quoted.

Also, some of the news sentences are manipulative and are completely incorrectly forged.

According to articles 94, 277 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, natural or legal entity, the personal non-property rights of which is violated as a result of the dissemination of unreliable information, has the right to answer, and also to rebuttal this information.

Given the above, we demand to refute unreliable information, placing the text of a denial, which should be placed under the heading "Denial" and typed the same font as the message that denies.

Otherwise, the State Committee will appeal to the court with a requirement to rebuttal unreliable information.

Besides, the news from the site "Kappyal" was re-printed by several little known sites.

It is the impression that the information campaign on discredit of the Department, its management and forest industry in general has been expanded against the state forestry. In particular, the case mentioned above may testify to the efforts of the so-called "streling" of the state forestry with separate politicians and political parties.

We pay attention to the fact that the state agency of forest Resources of Ukraine is the central body of executive power and is ready to cooperate and conduct a dialogue with all stakeholders only within the framework of its powers and legislation for the development of Forest industry of Ukraine.
