Seminar for the opening of the hunting season in the birds.

July 25 in Kyiv regional and M. Kyiv administration of forestry and Hunting Economy (hereinafter – Management) chaired by the Head of the office of Oleksiy Boyko, deputy head of the department – head of the management of hunting economy Vasyl Grinya and chief Specialist The Department of Hunting Management of Andriy Gusev held a seminar the theme of which was the opening of the hunting season in the birds.

The seminar was attended by district hunting experts, chiefs of hunting districts of the forestry and the users of hunting grounds of the Kiev region.

During the seminar the questions were discussed:

-The state of the wild boar depopulations and the fight against Agra on the territory of hunting grounds of the Kyiv region;

-Opening of the hunting season in the territory of Kyiv region in hunting season 2018/2019 years;

-Condition of protection of hunting grounds from poaching;

-State of execution of art. 24 of the law of Ukraine "on hunting economy and shooting" users of hunting grounds of the Kiev region;

Let us remind you that according to art. 14 of the Law of Ukraine "on hunting economy and shooting" hunters have the right to hunt with the following documents:

Certificate of Hunter;

Annual control card of records of bagged game and violations of shooting rights with a mark on payment of state duty;

Permission for bagging game animals (license, shooting card, permission for diagnostic and selection shooting);

Appropriate permission for the right to use gun hunting weapons in case of its use;

Passport for the dogs of hunting breeds.

The mentioned documents Hunter is obliged to have during the shooting, as well as transporting or transferring the products of the hunt and present them on request of persons authorized to control.

Protection of the hunting fund from poaching and control of compliance with hunting rules of hunting, the norms of extraction and safety of security will provide the rail brigade, which includes representatives of State forest protection, law enforcement agencies and the Yeherskaya service of users of hunting grounds.
