State Enterprise “Ivankivsky forestry” Seminar – training “Pussy plant drying. Problems and ways of their solution”

On October 12-13, on the basis of the State Enterprise “Ivankivsky forestry” under the chairmanship of the director of the company Oleksandr Kalapats, with participation of: the first deputy chief of the Kyiv oblast and the city of Kiev, the forestry and hunting management department (further – the Office) Ruslana Huzenka, directors, chief loggers, engineers protection and protection of forests, etc. Specialists subordinated to the Office of Enterprises, held a seminar – training on the topic: “Pussy drying. Problems and ways to solve them.”
The seminar was attended by: Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Director of the Polissya Branch of UkrNIILG Shevchuk V.V .; Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Researcher, Police Branch of UkrNDILGA Borodavka VO; Candidate of Biological Sciences, Senior Researcher of the Polissya Branch of UkrNIILGA, Corresponding Member of the Forestry Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Orlov O.O .; graduate student, researcher at the Polissya branch of UkrNDILGA Zhukovsky O.V .; Researcher of the Polissya Branch of UkrNIILGA Borodavka O. B.; Professor of the National University of Bioresources and Natural Resources of Ukraine, member of the correspondent of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, excellent forestry worker of Ukraine, Honored Foresters of Ukraine – Victor Maurer.
Among the invited guests were representatives of local self-government bodies headed by the head of the Ivankiv Regional State Administration Ms Lysogor; Ivankivskyi District Council Potienko V.I .; Head of the Polissian Regional State Administration Yankov O.G .; Deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council URUP M.M., representatives of the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine, associate professor of the Department of Biology of Forest and Hunting, Honored Scientist of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine Zavadna MM, representatives of the public and mass media, activists and others
After reports, discussions and discussion of the causes of the “Environmental Fire”, given the catastrophic magnitude and pace of its spread, the scientists agreed and made recommendations that the main measures of the suspension of this phenomenon are the timely detection and removal of sick trees from the forest and for the prompt resolution of issues local communities, scientists, environmentalists and other non-indifferent people should be actively involved in coordinating measures and improving the sanitary state of forests.
