On October 12, in Kyiv oblast and in Kyiv, the forestry and hunting management (hereinafter – the Office), under the chairmanship of the first deputy head of the department, Ruslan Huzenko, with participation of chief foresters and forestry engineers of subordinate enterprises, hosted a seminar on “Current state, problems and prospects for growing forest stock material with a closed root system “.
           The seminar was attended by the professor of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the member of the correspondent of the LASU, the outstanding forestry worker of Ukraine, the Honored Foresters of Ukraine – Victor Maurer, marketing manager of the company ВСС (Sweden) – Andreas Berner, the representative of the company ВСС in Lithuania – Evaldas Blaževicius.
Victor Maurer noted that the cultivation of healthy, resistant, resistant to diseases adapted to the new climatic conditions of crops is a necessity of the present, as the condition of the forests depends on the quality of the planting material, the process of cultivation which is laborious, labor-intensive, and its modernization – a matter more than ever relevant .

        Andreas Berner and Evaldas Blazevicius presented a presentation of the company BCC, introduced the participants with the history, directions of activities and product range. It was emphasized that due to the introduction of high-tech modules and mechanisms of this manufacturer, it is possible to improve the indicators of livelihoods of forests to 100%.
         At the end of the seminar, the specialists of the Office and enterprises discussed the nuances of forest management in Ukraine, the opportunities and prospects of cooperation.
