Goslisogenstvo initiated working Group to respond to the facts of illegal traffic in Transcarpathia-Khrystyna Yushkevych

According to the order of the prime-Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman for the relevant response to information on illegal deforestation in Transcarpathia was initiated creation of the Working Group. This was reported by T. V. Head of the state agency of Forest Resources Christina Yushkevych on the page on Facebook.

She noted that there have already been sent requests to the relevant State authorities to form a working group.

«It is necessary to give an objective estimation of work of all forestry enterprises. Each area will be inspected together with law enforcement, environmentalists, the public and the media, said Christina Yushkevych.

Recall that the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Taras Kutovyi at the meeting of the Government presented an interactive map of deforestation in Ukraine. The pilot area on the example of which is presented by the principles of the study – Zakarpattya.
