On July 31, 2018 on the basis of SE "Teterivsky forestry" and SE "Makariv Forestry" a visiting board of the Kyiv Regional and M. Kyiv administration of forestry and Hunting Economy (hereinafter – management).

The board was chaired by Oleksiy Boyko, First deputy Chief of department, Ruslan Gusenko, deputy head of the Department of Taras Vas'kiv and Oleksandra Tsyzsyuk, deputy chief of department – head Department of Hunting economy of Vasyl Grinya and with participation of heads of subordinate management of enterprises.

A deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yaroslav Moskalenko was present among the guests.

In the beginning the board with a welcoming word was made by Oleksiy Boyko. He informed the present on the state of forestry and hunting economy in general in the Kiev region, noted the growth of economic and financial indices of the enterprises of the subordinated management and assured the full support from the State Agency of forest resources of Ukraine. Oleksiy Leonidovich emphasized that the industry is subjected to massive attack by the unbiased media, which submit false information that discredit the profession of forestry and their economic activities, therefore responsible attitude to the performance of duties Each employee at their workplace is the key to survival of the whole industry!

Yaroslav Moskalenko in his speech said that the forest industry is one of the main components of economic stability and national security of the country. "… The daily systematic work on the forestry, which includes the use of human, natural and material resources, especially in the absence of state financing, allows to provide people with working places, which in turn removes Social tension among the population… "-said the people's deputy.

With the participation of heads of subordinate management of the enterprises, according to the agenda, the following issues were discussed:

Summarizing the economic and financial activity of the enterprises in the sphere of management activity for and half-year of 2018 years;

Opening of the hunting season on the territory of hunting grounds;

State and prospects of the development of forest-cultural production;

Ruslan Gusenko was the results of the economic and financial activities of the year 2018.

He said:

-in two quarters of 2018, reproduced 2742.0 hectares;

-Harvested 757.6 thousand ^m3 of liquid wood from all kinds of rolls, including From the rubok of formation and rehabilitation of forests 539.2 thousand ^m3;

-Sowing and landing of the forest held in the area of 2334.0 hectares;

-Under the natural renewal left 408.0 hectares;

-Forest breeding was not conducted;

-performed activities on the formation of newlyweds in the area of 1742.0 hectares.

As of 01.07.2018 р. Eliminated 33 fires, with the average area of one fire does not exceed 0.11 hectares;

-In order to prevent forest fires, the enterprises arranged 5224 km of mineralized strips, and they carried out care for them in the amount of 6850 km.

-in forest arrays along public roads and in places of mass rest the population is established more than 1264 anšlagìv, panels, posters on fire-prevention subject;

-403 raids with the detection of violations of fire safety rules were brought to the administrative responsibility of 116 offenders, imposed and charged fines for the amount of 9979 UAH;

-Enterprises conducted measures to improve the sanitary condition of forests in the area more than 7599 hectares.

-Realized products for the amount of 667.5 mln. Uah. Including Processing products worth 77.7 mln. Uah

-Since the beginning of the year enterprises repaired 42.4 km of earthen canvas;

-the services of labour protection of Enterprises conducted 269 surveys of structural subdivisions;

-From the beginning of the year to the consolidated budget State Forestry enterprises have paid 182.9 mln. UAH, incl. The state budget 124.3 mln. UAH, to local budgets – 58.6 mln. UAH, single social contribution – 49.4, 1 mln. UAH;

-average wages of staff at the enterprises subordinate to the management is 15273 UAH.

-Within the framework of cooperation with public associations, educational institutions, sectoral educational institutions and with the purpose of illumination of the work of forestry, in mass media and by means of Internet resources 1141 information messages, including 44 plots on TV, 73 appearances on radio, 875 articles on the Internet, and on their own resources, published 149 articles in periodicals;

-Management and its structural subdivisions work to ensure timely and qualitative consideration of appeals of citizens.

On the condition of hunting economy vasyl grin added about the following: hunting economy in the territory of the Kiev region are 70 users of hunting grounds, from them 1 State enterprise of Kiev regional and M. Kiev management of forest and hunting economy, 18 farms of Kiev regional Mrvo, and 51 a user of another form of ownership. The total area of hunting grounds of Kyiv region is 1952, 000. Ha. The area of the state hunting reserve is approximately 344 thousand. Ha (K.-Svyatoshinsky, Borodyanskiy, Fastiv, Boryspil, Taraschansky, Brovary, Rokitnyansky districts). Since the beginning of the year hunting experts of the State enterprises of Kyiv regional and M. Kiev management of forest and hunting economy compiled 104 protocols on the rules of hunting violations. On the eve of the opening of the hunting season Vasily Andriyovych emphasized the need to raise awareness of the population and hunters on hunting rules and safety measures.
