Illegal actions of the members of the Transcarpathian customs, which blocks and hinder the legal business activity of the State enterprise “Teterivskoye Forestry”, have caused a sharp decline in production. So the total sales volume compared to July last year declined by 31%, which in monetary terms amounted to 5.5 mln. Uah. The company has accumulated 12.5 thousand M3. Timber, which has no demand on the domestic market. In this situation, the company has been forced to stop production, suspend contracts with contractors that provide services, reduce staff. This threatens non-fulfillment of obligations according to the concluded contracts for supply of wood and the reduction of payments to budgets of different levels.

In this connection the staff of SE “Teterivsky forestry” is forced to address the letter to the prime Minister of Ukraine, the General prosecutor, the Minister of Internal Affairs and the head of Security service with the request to intervene in the situation for the restoration of violated rights The enterprises and the punishment of those who intentionally block its legal activity.
