Adopted the draft law of Ukraine "on concessions"
3 April 2018 year the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the first reading (base) adopted the draft law of Ukraine "on concessions" (the registry. # 8125).
The Bill contains amendments to the Forestry Code of Ukraine, which result in the transfer of forest concession.
In particular, it is proposed to add to article 16 of the forest code of Ukraine "the right of use of the forests," the following content: "Forests on the lands of State and communal property, specialized forestry enterprise is not the object of the concession in accordance with the law Of Ukraine "on concessions".
